I can’t help it, I am addicted to celebrity bodies. As airbrushed as we know they are, there are many of them who work hard to rock the body they have now. One of my faves (and who one of you mentioned when I asked who’s body you would like to rock) Jessica Biel. Her body is fantastic all around, but her abs are AMAZING, and Celebrity Diet Doctor found out how she got those!
She worked with her trainer Ramona Braganza in the gym four days a week for an hour doing various moves:
Back Extensions on a Stability Ball: 2 sets of 10 reps.
How to: Stand with your back to a wall then lie forward on the ball. Your legs should be straightened behind you with your soles flat against the wall and your arms extended. On an inhale, raise your torso and legs, hold for a second or two and release.
Push Ups w/Planks: Three sets of push-ups while on your toes, followed by a plank position for five sections. Finish with another set but remember to keep your abs contracted!
Side Lying Planks: Two sets of 10. Lie on your side on the floor with your feet stretched. Rest your body on your right elbow at first and as you exhale, lift your hips off the floor. Hold for a few seconds and then lower back to the start. Switch sides.

Hey Miss! Sorry to bug — just trying to figure out if you wanted that theme I made? Was hoping to code it, if need be, this weekend while I have some down time! If not, no worries, just let me know! Thank you!

I’m such a fan of her body, too! And I love it because she’s so athletic and not just “skinny”

Those are all great exercises! She looks amazing!
Wow I might have to try some of these. Her stomach is pretty insane. I do have to say though, I HATE planks. HATE THEM, so tough, but damn it seems to work.
