So this workout may seem pretty easy, but I promise you, it will kick your @$$ in less than 10 minutes! You do basic moves like squats, push ups, lunges, etc, but they total 100 reps and you do 100 jumping jacks in between all of those reps. Scared yet?
I had originally put it together for my Spanish class final, but decided to make an English version as well to share on the blog after it really kicked my butt!

Who would ever say that your workout seemed easy?! Wowww. I fully intend to try that in the near future! It’s a perfect at-home workout for when I’m too lazy/don’t have time to go to the gym!

That’s awesome, it’s basically the same workout as we do at the gym in Boot Camp. Definitely works, too.

Body weight exercises are the best. This looks good! I’m going to save it for one of those days I can’t make it to the gym or out for a run.

hey Jennifer! quick question: i’m doing superman with my arms forward, is this a better technique or just different? (p.s. do you really zumba? i did it once and found it SO hard! for some reason i can run 10kms no problem, but give me zumba and i’m completely lost
Hey Angela! You can do it either way. Arms forward does work your lower back a little more. I injury mine easy so i always take precaution with it!
