Kelly Ripa Workout

Kelly Ripa takes us inside her gym to show us her fitness routine. The best part? You can do this workout alone ANYWHERE!!

Do I want those under arms? Um yes! I absolutely LOVE Kelly Ripa. I think she is such a great inspiration to women everywhere. She’s physically insane. And I love her for it.

I love when you post workouts! I’ve been doing those pushups and triceps dips from the girl from TrueBlood (forget her name) and I love it.

Not the hugest Kelly Ripa fan but I like that she works hard and it shows. Celebrities who “never workout” don’t do much to encourage people to be active and healthy.

I LOVE Kelly Ripa, I think she is adorable! She gets a lot of criticism for being “too thin,” but she clearly takes care of herself and is great shape so good for her!

I love Kelly Ripa. She’s very vocal about her fitness routine. She’s so fit and her fitness journey didn’t start until a few years ago right? She’s one hot mama!

I’ve tried to do the Bar method exercise she has done in NYC, it’s similar concept here in L.A. It’s tough

thanks for the video! hey quick question: is it more effective to do your crunches quick, or slow? i always thought slow to “engage” your muscles or something. (must’ve read that somewhere, but i could totally be wrong :) )
