Do I want those under arms? Um yes! I absolutely LOVE Kelly Ripa. I think she is such a great inspiration to women everywhere. She’s physically insane. And I love her for it.
Jennifer Edwards is a certified personal trainer and blogs at shesafitchick.com where she provides practical tips about health, fitness, nutrition, and personal growth. In March of 2011 she Co-Founded FitFluential, but later stepped down from her role with the company. She has worked with many well known fitness and health brands, blogs for Bumble Bee Tuna’s site “BeeWellForLife”, and will be blogging for SOYJOY as well in 2012.
Not the hugest Kelly Ripa fan but I like that she works hard and it shows. Celebrities who “never workout” don’t do much to encourage people to be active and healthy.

thanks for the video! hey quick question: is it more effective to do your crunches quick, or slow? i always thought slow to “engage” your muscles or something. (must’ve read that somewhere, but i could totally be wrong )
