I’m been drinking a lot of coffee, that counts, right?? ;-)

I’ve also been wearing my heart rate monitor in the gym again…to make sure my heart muscle gets properly pumped!!

Bison is an interesting one? Hmmm…Cacao is actually one of the biggest superfoods for your heart! Very high in magnesium, higher than most foods…and magnesium is the key to protect against heart disease and high blood pressure!!! Have a great Friday, i miss you….where have you BEEN???

Interesting list…I wonder how much oregano you’d have to have for the benefits to kick in haha.

You left off something big!! Fish!!

My family’s had lots of heart disease so I’m really big on eating foods that are heart healthy. Omega-3s found in salmon and other fish is HUGE! I love fish and it’s soo good for you :)
