…aside from just looking hot in a bikini (because helllloooo which one of us doesn’t want that?!?)
- Weight control.
- Lowered risk of heart disease.
- Increased energy.
- Improved blood pressure.
- Improved posture.
- Better health.
- Lowered risk of certain cancers.
- Reduced stress.
- Stronger bones.
- Better balance.
- Higher self-esteem.
- Better sleep.
Why do you (or why do you want to) work out regularly? My reason is so that I can live a long healthy life for my future children!
And because like my beautiful and brilliant Aunt Deb says, you only get one life — there is no do over!

I work out because I feel so great afterward…that little post-workout glow (and not just because I’m a ball of sweat haha).

The only reason I exercise is to control my weight. I don’t believe in calorie counting and so this is the alternative for me
It keeps stress levels down, makes me feel good both physically and emotionally, helps prevent illness, and I want to build muscle mass and look better:)

I worked out to lose weight and after I lost all the weight I discovered I loved it. I don’t feel happy or healthy (or sane) if I stop exercising. Even if it’s just a walk, I need it.
