Sweet n’ Spicy BBQ Chicken

Horrible picture (sorry!) but amazing taste. You seriously have to try this one.
Sweet n’ Spicey BBQ Chicken
Ingredients:
- 3 pieces of boneless chicken
- 1/3 cup white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon cajun seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1 1/2 bottles of BBQ Sauce (I used “Bone Suckin’ Sauce)
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
Directions:
- Put chicken in the crockpot and pour all ingredients over it.
- Stir, set on low, and let cook for 6-8 hours (it won’t dry out, I think mine sat for 8 and it was amazing).

Mmmm that looks SO good. Since it has BBQ sauce I will wait until AFTER my cleanse (even though I’ve been cheating) to try it!!

I need to get a crockpot so I can just come home and have it be done! I love the idea of that. This dish looks amazing!
