I got tons of comments, emails and tweets about my “10 Fitness Pro’s you should be following on Twitter“. I am so glad that you all enjoyed that! Here is the next part in the series: YouTube Pro’s!
These are some of my favorite YouTube Fitness subscriptions:
- ToneItUp
- SarahFit
- BodyRock
- Kelly Olexa
- TheBarefootWarrior
- MYoMYTv
- Fit Laura
- FastTrackToFatLoss
- GoTracy
- MadeFit TV
LOVE their workouts but be warned, watching these two will impact your self esteem (holy hotness). Seriously though, they are both credible (multiple certifications each) and entertaining with their amazing workouts and bubbly personalities.
Sarah is a personal trainer, the official host of the Diet.com video channel, and does videos for Click Fitness as well. She does an amazing job of breaking everything down step by step.
Body Rock is right, these hardcore workouts are DVD quality! And she has an awesome body and accent.
What can I say about this one, Kelly is my BFF! I love her vlogs because she is so real — she comes on post workout (chugging water, out of breath and all) and tells you as it is.
I love this channel because she keeps it real — she has an awesome body, talks freely about her workouts, and lets you sneak a peak of her doing them. She is very relatable.
What is it with these people and their awesome accents? Here is another one! I love her great quick workouts that you can really squeeze in throughout the day.
I LOVE her accent! She is an adorable personal trainer and coach with great tips!
According to their description, you don’t need to be a contestant on The Biggest Loser to reach your potential! I couldn’t agree more. This channel is jam packed with awesome workouts.
This is the official page of Tracey Anderson Fitness (celeb personal trainer). Her workouts are hardcore and amazing. Plus I love seeing what she is up to!
I like this channel because it reminds me of something you would actually see on TV (watch and you will understand). Between both food/kitchen tips and workouts, this is a great one-stop for all of your healthy living needs.
Who are your favorite YouTube Fitness Guru’s?

Ooh, thanks for the suggestions! I’m just starting to branch out with my workouts (i.e. instead of just running all the time I’m trying new videos and classes and stuff) so these kinds of resources (woo, free!) are awesome.
