You didn’t read that wrong! Here is a great 4 1/2 minute lower body plyometric routine that will have that lower body burning in no time!
4 ½ minute lower body fat blast!!
- 45 seconds of squat jumps
- 45 seconds of burpees
- 45 seconds of jumping jacks
- 45 seconds of jumping lunges
- 45 seconds of bounding
Have extra time? Repeat the whole thing 3x or follow it with a 20 minute HIIT workout (2 minutes regular pace, 1 minute all out).

Just when I think I’m in shape, I try to do a plyometrics workout & it kicks my butt! I do kind of love plyometrics for that exact reason, though!
