Kaitlin, Sarah, and I did so much on our #SOYJOY Daycation, this is going to be a long and picture heavy post! First stop: hiking in Kent Falls.
On the way there, we snacked on some Pineapple SOYJOY bars. Sarah is completely addicted. They are delicious, but I have to admit that I still love the blueberry the best! Don’t worry blueberry, I will never stray 
We may or may not have gotten lost… I will not admit to anything!!
Kent Falls is one of my favorite places to go in CT because I love how beautiful the path is along the waterfalls. What I do not love, is how my tush feels after walking up all of these stairs.
Yes, you read that correctly. The majority of the hike, is on a steep staircase that runs up the side of a waterfall.
Luckily, there were lots of breaks for us to catch our breath, eat a SOYJOY, and of course have a photoshoot.
Thank god we had the SOYJOY bars, because by the time we got to the top I was shaky!
After we re-fueled, we got a little silly.. rock surfing could totally be a sport..
I am in love with these two ladies btw!! They had me cracking up all day long!
Then.. we packed up and headed out…
But we didn’t go home yet… We hopped back in the car, went out for lunch, and then headed on over to LOVERS LEAP.
After that, we were exhausted so we packed up the car and drove home. We had such a blast playing travel games on the way home. We laughed until all of our cheeks hurt. I forgot how fun playing silly games with your friends could be!
Oh and for the record, we would all rather wear high heels camping than wear hiking boots to a red carpet event. True story.

If I could have a sponsored daycation it would be spent hiking/trail running through Hocking Hills. I’ve never been, but I’ve heard beautiful things about the trails there.
Never tried SOYJOY, but I noticed that they have a banana flavor. That sounds delicious, I’d love to give that a try.

How fun! My parents live about five minutes from Kent Falls. As you head south on route 7 away from Kent Falls, the big white church on the right hand side is my mom’s!
All of these things have been done. I tried Soy Joy a few years ago when they first came out. I really liked the berry flavor.

Looks like you had a great day for Kent Falls. Every fall my bff & I go up there for the day. Last October we took my Shih-Tzus and they had a great time. We had a picnic lunch and the pups got to rest a bit before heading back to town. I’ll have to give SoyJoy a try again, the pineapple sounds delicious.

Beautiful pictures. I love hiking daycations reminds me to plan one soon. And for the would you rather…completely agree I have a favorite pair of red heels look great at the campsite and on the red carpet.
